Terms & Conditions:

*The Xchange Rewards Program is exclusively open to majority slot wagering account holders.

1. You will need to make a minimum deposit of $25 to qualify to participate in The Diamond Xchange per quarter.
2. The Diamond Xchange program will run on a quarterly calendar:
   • Quarter 1: Jan – March
   • Quarter 2: April – June
   • Quarter 3: July – September
   • Quarter 4: October - December
3. Bonuses & Prizes listed in the Diamond Xchange are redeemable based on your collected tokens.
4. Each quarter will have lucky draw prize giveaways for which you must earn lucky draw entries. You can earn lucky draw entries by completing your rewards card. The more times you complete the rewards card, the more entries you will have and the better your chance at winning a lucky draw prize. You can view your lucky draw entries on the dashboard.
5. Tokens are earned based on your point earnings.
6. Points will be converted to tokens as follows:
   • For every 1000 points earned you will be able to redeem a token.
   • You will need to convert your points to tokens & it is important to note that this does not happen automatically.
   • Points which have been used to convert to tokens cannot be exchanged back to points.
7. To really maximize your point earnings, you may play our ‘Gamble Your Points’ feature. This allows you to either double your points or lose all the points that you have.
8. Points and tokens earned will accumulate for a period of 3 months or a quarter. Thereafter, unredeemed points and tokens will expire.

Point History:

View Point History should you wish to view your point earnings, points used, doubled, or lost as well as points expired all in one place.

Lucky Draw Entries:

The number of Lucky Draw entries you have in a quarter will be displayed next to your point balance. You will earn an automatic lucky draw entry every time you complete a token redemption card in full.

Gamble Your Points:

Play our ‘Gamble Your Points’ feature in which you either double your points or lose it all. You must have a minimum of 500 points to play.

Prizes:

1. Bonus Rewards redeemed cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
2. The match bonuses hold no maximum cash out restrictions.
3. Free Spins must be wagered 25x before a cash out is permitted and are subject to a maximum cash out of $250.
4. Free Chips must be wagered 25x before a cash out is permitted and are subject to a maximum cash out of 2x the bonus amount.
5. Standard rules apply to Loyalty Points redeemed.
6. Your rewards codes will expire at midnight on the last day of the respective quarter so ensure to take advantage of the rewards you’ve qualified for in the designated period. However, should you be unable to access the rewards codes you have earned prior to the expiration date, please contact our 24/7 support team for assistance.
7. Lucky Draw Prize Winners will be contacted via telephone or email in the week after the last quarter.
8. Lucky Draw Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
9. Lucky Draw Cash prizes can be used to deposit at Diamond Reels if you desire to do so.
